How long are turnaround times?

Turnaround times will depend on the type and complexity of the request being made. Simpler requests can usually be completed within 1 full business day (ex. a single 3D model, a blog illustration) and more complex requests can take a few days to a week plus (ex. 10-sec 3D product animation, full website design).

For larger requests, we will communicate our delivery estimate up front and will provide progress updates daily.

Can you guarantee improved e-commerce performance?

How do I collaborate with Etereo on Figma?

On each Figma project we work on for your team:

  • We can add unlimited viewers. Viewers can also comment.
  • We allow 1 Figma editor for your team. This is a paid seat we cover under our Ultimate plan. This editor role could do things like make text changes.
  • When it comes time for development, we will transfer the file ownership to your developer.
How much can I get done in a month?

How do Etereo’s unlimited design plans work?

Start with our base plan, or increase your allowed active requests for more output. Submit as many requests as you like each month and we will work through them in the order received. There are no limits on the number of requests or revisions you can make, however, with fewer revisions we can complete more tasks in a given month. Once you have approved a design is complete, we can move on to the next item in your queue.

Turnaround times will depend on the type and complexity of the request being made. We average 24-hour turnaround times for many simple requests. For more complex requests (such as long presentations or branding), turnarounds may be longer. In these cases, we will communicate our delivery estimate up front and will provide progress updates daily.

How does Etereo’s money-back guarantee work?

We’re so confident you’ll be wowed by our service – we guarantee it. If you aren’t completely satisfied, simply cancel your plan via the dashboard and reach out via our online chat to request your money back, no questions asked. Must be completed within 15 days of signing up as a new customer. Eligible on all new subscriptions.

How do active requests work?

Each subscription has an allotted number of active creative requests you can have at one time. Most plans are allowed 1 active request.

An active request is defined as a project being actively worked on by our creative team, indicated by the "in progress" status on your client dashboard. This includes first drafts and revisions. Excluded from this count are projects marked as "Missing Info," "Pending Response," "On Hold," or those already marked as complete by you. We seamlessly move on to the next project in your queue for these cases.

How many tasks can I complete in a month?

The number of tasks you can complete in a given month depends on factors such as the complexity of your requests, the clarity of your requests, the number of revisions requested, and how many active requests you have selected for your plan. Generally, you will be able to accomplish more with a higher output plan.

How do I request revisions?

Each time a draft is completed of your design, it will be uploaded and sent for your review. Graphics can be reviewed using our point-and-click feedback tool which allows you to easily leave feedback right where you need to.

What happens if I want to cancel before my free trial ends?

If for any reason you don't think our service is a good fit, you can cancel before your free trial ends to avoid a charge to your credit card on file.

You may cancel by accessing the profile page of your client portal and visiting the "subscriptions" tab.

What hours is Etereo’s team online?

What can I expect from my Project Manager?

By subscribing to any of our plans, you will be assigned a designated project manager to work with. That person’s job is to monitor your requests and route them to the best creative for the project. Additionally, they will work with you on ensuring the request is clear and contains all required details, before passing it off to the creative team. All project managers are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so they can ensure your requests and feedback are fully understood by a Spanish-speaking creative team member.

Where are Etereo’s creatives located?

Our company started in the San Diego-Tijuana megaregion, and our talent is primarily sourced from throughout Mexico. Our belief is that Mexico fosters a highly creative culture, yet, their creative industry is not comparatively well compensated or valued. It is our goal to create and foster an environment for creatives to thrive, by offering competitive full-time salaries, fully remote work, and reasonable job expectations.

What languages does Etereo’s team speak?

Our project managers are all completely bilingual in English and Spanish. Since most of our creative talent is located throughout Mexico, their primary language is Spanish. For this reason, most communication is done between you and your project manager.

What if I want to work with the same (or different) designer on a given project or projects?

Any preferences for particular creatives can be noted with your project manager. This way, we can prioritize those creatives for your requests when possible.If you need to privately let the project manager know to avoid using a certain creative, we suggest sending an email as well as letting us know any feedback you have so we can improve.

What design working file formats can I request?

Our designers primarily work in Adobe Creative Suite. The most common working files we provide are either AI or PSD. If you need something outside the Adobe suite, let your project manager know and we can discuss if we can accommodate.

What method of payment can I use?

How can I upgrade my plan?

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time via your client dashboard. Simply login here and navigate to "services" via the left sidebar and click "cancel." Your plan will expire at the end of your current billing period.

Be sure you download any and all delivered assets from your client portal before your subscription end date.
