Turnaround times will depend on the type and complexity of the request being made. Simpler requests can usually be completed within 1 full business day (ex. a single 3D model, a blog illustration) and more complex requests can take a few days to a week plus (ex. 10-sec 3D product animation, full website design).

For larger requests, we will communicate our delivery estimate up front and will provide progress updates daily.

On each Figma project we work on for your team:

• We can add unlimited viewers. Viewers can also comment.
• We allow 1 Figma editor for your team. This is a paid seat we cover under our Ultimate plan. This editor role could do things like make text changes.
• When it comes time for development, we will transfer the file ownership to your developer.

No, these videos are designed to showcase one product at a time. If you need a multi-product video, contact us for a custom quote.

You will approve:

• The 3D model of your product and materials before animation begins.

• The scene backgrounds and overall visual look in the storyboard stage (includes product placement, lighting, materials, and scene order).

Important: After storyboard approval, your product visuals, materials, and scene order are locked. 3D model revisions are only allowed if there’s a clear error in how your product is represented.

Text is collected through our AI Creative-Director Bot and must be finalized when submitted. The bot will guide you on length limits.These videos are designed for short, digestible and impactful messaging, not long paragraphs.

You get:

• A 12–15 second 3D product animation.
• One video in any or all of the following 3 formats: vertical (1080x1920), square (1080x1080), and horizontal (1920x1080).
• One round of revisions (limited to background and text updates).A streamlined process for quick delivery.
• A streamlined process for quick delivery.

We offer one round of revisions during the storyboard review — covering product visuals, materials, backgrounds, and scene order.

Once approved, we lock the visuals and move to text design and animation.

You’ll have one final review of the text (copy and placement) only when presented with the final video.

At this stage, no changes can be made to visuals, product, or scene order.

Videos are 12–15 seconds long, with a maximum of 15 seconds.

Once we receive payment and files:

We will incorporate your brand’s colors in the video background (if a solid or gradient background is used) and fonts (we will do our best to match your brand font style, but this is not guaranteed). For exact font matching the font must be available on Google or Adobe Fonts. Other branding will be represented through the product itself.

No, our Modular 3D Animations focus on external product visuals only. We cannot animate:

• Gummies falling from a jar.
• Liquid pouring from a container.
• Internal product components.For these types of animations, contact us for a custom video quote.

Modular 3D Animations use predefined animation frameworks, which means they are quicker and more affordable than fully custom videos. While they are still high-quality and tailored to your product, they follow structured animation styles and focus on external product visuals.

We require:

Work begins only after payment and all required files are received.

Start with our base plan, or increase your allowed active requests for more output. Submit as many requests as you like each month and we will work through them in the order received. There are no limits on the number of requests or revisions you can make, however, with fewer revisions we can complete more tasks in a given month. Once you have approved a design is complete, we can move on to the next item in your queue.

Turnaround times will depend on the type and complexity of the request being made. We average 24-hour turnaround times for many simple requests. For more complex requests (such as long presentations or branding), turnarounds may be longer. In these cases, we will communicate our delivery estimate up front and will provide progress updates daily.

We’re so confident you’ll be wowed by our service – we guarantee it. If you aren’t completely satisfied, simply cancel your plan via the dashboard and reach out via our online chat to request your money back, no questions asked. Must be completed within 15 days of signing up as a new customer. Eligible on all new subscriptions.

Each subscription has an allotted number of active creative requests you can have at one time. Most plans are allowed 1 active request.

An active request is defined as a project being actively worked on by our creative team, indicated by the "in progress" status on your client dashboard. This includes first drafts and revisions. Excluded from this count are projects marked as "Missing Info," "Pending Response," "On Hold," or those already marked as complete by you. We seamlessly move on to the next project in your queue for these cases.

The number of tasks you can complete in a given month depends on factors such as the complexity of your requests, the clarity of your requests, the number of revisions requested, and how many active requests you have selected for your plan. Generally, you will be able to accomplish more with a higher output plan.

Each time a draft is completed of your design, it will be uploaded and sent for your review. Graphics can be reviewed using our point-and-click feedback tool which allows you to easily leave feedback right where you need to.

If for any reason you don't think our service is a good fit, you can cancel before your free trial ends to avoid a charge to your credit card on file.

Our team works Pacific Time Zone (PT) hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm.

By subscribing to any of our plans, you will be assigned a designated project manager to work with. That person’s job is to monitor your requests and route them to the best creative for the project. Additionally, they will work with you on ensuring the request is clear and contains all required details, before passing it off to the creative team. All project managers are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so they can ensure your requests and feedback are fully understood by a Spanish-speaking creative team member.

Our company started in the San Diego-Tijuana megaregion, and our talent is primarily sourced from throughout Mexico. Our belief is that Mexico fosters a highly creative culture, yet, their creative industry is not comparatively well compensated or valued. It is our goal to create and foster an environment for creatives to thrive, by offering competitive full-time salaries, fully remote work, and reasonable job expectations.

Our project managers are all completely bilingual in English and Spanish. Since most of our creative talent is located throughout Mexico, their primary language is Spanish. For this reason, most communication is done between you and your project manager.

Any preferences for particular creatives can be noted with your project manager. This way, we can prioritize those creatives for your requests when possible.If you need to privately let the project manager know to avoid using a certain creative, we suggest sending an email as well as letting us know any feedback you have so we can improve.

Our designers primarily work in Adobe Creative Suite. The most common working files we provide are either AI or PSD. If you need something outside the Adobe suite, let your project manager know and we can discuss if we can accommodate.

We accept payment via all major credit cards.

If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time via your client dashboard. Simply login here and navigate to "services" via the left sidebar and click "cancel." Your plan will expire at the end of your current billing period.
